By submitting a business for consideration, you agree to the following:

  • There is no fee to suggest a business.
  • Suggestions may be submitted by customers, followers, business owners, employees, or others who believe a business would be a good fit for Central Florida Local.
  • Businesses should be located within Central Florida and within Central Florida Local’s current coverage area.
  • Submitting a business does not guarantee a visit, feature, social media post, or future consideration.
  • Central Florida Local independently decides which businesses to visit or feature based on factors such as location, fit, scheduling, content needs, and availability.
  • Suggestions may remain on file for future consideration unless the submitter requests otherwise.
  • If we choose to visit a suggested business, we will typically do so anonymously during normal business hours so we can experience the business like any other customer. The exact date and time of a visit generally will not be disclosed in advance.
  • A submitted suggestion does not create an agreement, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or other obligation between Central Florida Local and the suggested business.
  • Central Florida Local retains full editorial and creative control over any content we choose to create, including what is filmed, included, edited, written, published, or omitted.
  • A feature does not guarantee a positive review or specific statements about the business, nor does it guarantee any minimum video length, views, engagement, followers, customers, sales, or other results.
  • Central Florida Local retains ownership of original content it creates. Businesses are welcome to share Central Florida Local’s original published posts using the platform’s built-in sharing features. Downloading, editing, reposting as original content, or using Central Florida Local content in paid advertising or other commercial promotions requires prior written permission.
  • Central Florida Local may decline or remove suggestions that are incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, outside the coverage area, inconsistent with our content standards, or otherwise not a fit for the page.
  • If you submit photographs, graphics, written material, or other content through the form, you confirm that you have the right or permission to provide that material and allow Central Florida Local to review and use it in connection with evaluating the submission.
  • Submission of a business does not authorize the submitter to make agreements or commitments on behalf of that business.
  • By submitting the form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to Central Florida Local’s Privacy Policy and these Suggest a Business Terms.
