- For Pre-Event Hype Videos, your content goes live 2–4 days prior to your event date to drive massive crowds.
- For Live Event Videos, your content goes live the same day of the event to capture the immediate momentum of the launch!
⚠️ Important Partnership Guidelines
- Point of Contact: Please ensure a manager or owner is on-site and aware of our arrival if we need quick access to specific areas or staff highlights.
- Revisions: Your booking flat rate includes one (1) round of editing revisions for factual accuracy (e.g., an incorrect date or misspelled name). Creative pacing and narration style remain under the editorial control of Central Florida Local.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Because event slots are limited, please email us directly at hello@centralfloridalocal.com as soon as possible if your event date changes. We will do our best to shift your credit to a new date based on our availability.
